On an unknown date, human remains were discovered and recovered by the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Department. On June 15, 1971, the remains were then brought to Michigan State University for analysis by Anthropology Professor Dr. Norman Sauer.

This individual was not originally listed on MSU's NAGPRA inventory, as they were not associated with the MSU Museum but with the Forensic Anthropology Lab. In 2019, it was decided to condense our efforts and only have one department providing NAGPRA listings.

On an unknown date, human remains were discovered and recovered by the Lenawee County Sheriff's Department. The remains were never assigned a case number. On June 16, 1998, the Sheriff's Department brought the remains to Michigan State University’s Forensic Anthropology Laboratory for analysis.
