Oklahoma
We have 8 objects recorded as from Oklahoma. Of these, we do not have any information to suggest that any were removed from funerary contexts. All but one have been tentatively culturally affiliated (they are listed below by these preliminary cultural affiliations - we await confirmation of these through consultation).
Apache
We have one basket collected from an Apache Tribe member in Oklahoma. We also have a stereography image that purportedly shows Geronimo skinning a buffalo.
Kiowa
We have three objects that were loaned to us, that may still be in our possession: a rattle with beaded handle, a beaded prayer staff, and an eagle feather fan.
Pawnee
We have two "war clubs with buffalo penis handles". Both were likely collected in the early 1900s.
Not yet affiliated
We have one painted catlinite pipe from Pawnee County, Oklahoma.
