The Federal Register notice for the Marquette Viaduct (20BY387) site was published on October 28, 2021. Control of these ancestors will be transferred to the Saginaw Chippewa Tribe of Michigan on November 28, 2021. Tribes that would like to make a competing claim have until that time to do so.
