MSU NAGPRA Policy Published

The MSU NAGPRA Policy, which has been in effect since August of 2022 is now accessible through the University Policies page by going here. The policy was updated in February of 2024 to align with the updated NAGPRA regulations that went into effect in January. 

This policy applies to all of Michigan State University. The most important update is the requirement to consult with authorized Tribal representatives prior to engaging with Native American material culture.
