Notice Published; Transfer of Legal Control Completed

We are pleased to announce the following updates:

• The Notice of Inventory Completion for Cass and Oakland Counties was published to the Federal Register on November 10, 2022. The transfer of legal control may occur after December 12, 2022.
• Transfer of legal control for the ancestors from Mesa Verde, Colorado and from Kite Pueblo, New Mexico was completed October 27, 2022 to the culturally affiliated Tribes.
